Terms and Conditions

1. We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone for any reason.
2. Pricing is subject to change without notice any time prior to reserving a hunt.
3. Unless otherwise agreed upon, a hunt or fishing trip is reserved when the hunter/fisherman commits to sending a deposit.
4. Unless otherwide agreed to by all parties, a deposit shall be 50% or more of the basic cost of any hunt/fishing trip. A discount of
10% will be given to all who pay for the hunting/fishing trip in advance via our online payment system.
5. Reserved hunts/fishing trips are held for 5 mailing days only to allow for deposit delivery.
6. A hunt/fishing trip is not "booked" until a deposit is received and clears the bank.
7. Once booked, the terms of a hunt/fishing trip are considered set in stone, unless all parties agree to any changes.
8. A deposit may be made by check, cashier's check, major credit card, or money order, made out to; North Valley Guide Services, and mailed
to; 1819 Sessler pl, Yuba City, CA 95991.
9. A deposit is the hunter/fisherman's assurance that they will make the hunt/fishing trip.
10. If a hunt/fishing trip is canceled by hunter/fisherman, there will generally be no deposit returned unless plenty of notice is given and
all parties agree to any changes. We will make every effort to allow you to change dates to another opening for that same hunt/fishing trip.
We will also try to allow you to switch to some other hunt/fishing trip open on the date you can go, or even allow you to transfer your deposit
to another hunter/fisherman to take your place, but if nothing can be arranged, you will lose your deposit.
11. If the hunt/fishing trip is canceled by us, all deposit monies will be returned.
12. We will not be responsible for monies spent by hunter/fisherman for any preparation prior to our cancellation.
13. Unless stated otherwise, the balance due on hunt/fishing trip is to be paid in cash or check upon arrival at site.
14. While on the hunt/fishing trip, all participants are expected to act in a safe and sportsmanlike manner at all times.
15. Anyone not acting in a safe and/or sportsmanlike manner in the opinion of any North Valley Gudie Services staff member may be made to
leave and no refund of any kind will be offered.
16. A liability waiver must be signed by all non-staff participants prior to any hunt/fishing related activities occurring. Click here to read our
